Jean Stewart has 40 years experience in estates and trusts.  She had a successful private practice before her appointment to Denver District Court in 1995 where she was assigned to the Probate Court.  The Denver Probate Court has exclusive jurisdiction over decedents’ estates, protective proceedings and mental health cases.
