We offer both collaborative and adjudicative models for alternative dispute resolution. 

In the collaborative process, a neutral works with the parties to identify issues and to fashion a resolution.   Collaborative models include mediation, facilitation and early neutral case evaluation.

Adjudicative models require the neutral to make a decision based on evidence and argument presented by the parties in an adversary process.  Arbitrators, appointed trial judges, and special masters all  provide adjudicative services.​
